In the heart of Dartmoor National Park and 15 minutes from the A30, the historic, Bovey Castle sits high on the valley's edge. It offers a spa and golf course, and free parking. There are two restaurant choices for dining, The Great Western Grill, with à la carte menu, offering traditional favourites, meats, grills, steaks, house specials, fish and shellfish. Dishes range from dressed Brixham crab salad to red wine braised oxtail cottage pie, and poached native lobster with truffle macaroni cheese. Also the Smith’s Brasserie offers dishes inspired from the Mediterranean, with countryside views and a fire pit. Bovey Castle also offers a choice of breakfast and afternoon tea.
