The Hotel has been created within an elegant Regency building, which was once owned and loved by the Duke of Wellington. Many of the original features have been maintained with high Georgian ceilings, ornate coving, and big sash windows. The original entrance remains consisting of several steep steps up into the hotel. The Clarence Court Hotel is just over half a mile from Cheltenham Racecourse and Centaur Conference Centre. The hotel is a grade 2 listed building, and this does not allow for a lift, but we are happy to assist with your luggage. We do not have disabled facilities due to the nature and classification of the building however please inform us if you have limited mobility and you will be allocated a ground floor room. The hotel is privately owned and run by professional hoteliers with the emphasis placed on a warm welcome, friendly service, homemade food, comfortable beds and a fantastic freshly cooked traditional English breakfast. Our newly refreshed Restaurant and Bar, located on the lower ground floor is the perfect place to unwind, whether it’s for a coffee or a cocktail, or dinner.
