No 45, Ballater is a guesthouse set in an acre of gardens and is just 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Ballater. The individually designed rooms each offer unique charm. All feature a hospitality tray with Scottish biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The spacious and comfortable public areas include a lounge with leather sofas and log fire in winter, and a library with a wide selection of books and games. Breakfast is served in the conservatory from 08:00 - 09:30, with a cooked-to-order full Scottish breakfast, traditional porridge and a variety of cooked options. There is also a range of teas and coffees along with cereals, homemade granola, fruit and yoghurt. No 45, Ballater is surrounded by beautiful scenery with mountain and riverside walks close by. The 8 Glencoe House suites are situated in the mansion house where you occupy your own wing of the historic building and enjoy panoramic loch and mountain vistas. An elegant staircase takes you to the first floor to your peaceful bedroom with an emperor size bed. A welcome Breakfast pack is included in the rate of stay, a selection of beverages and pre-prepared meals are available at an additional cost.
